Hi everyone,
This is going to be pretty long… So be prepared!
Let’s start with breakfast cookies!!! Here are the ingredients!
These are ingredients that I couldn’t get in the picture!
I used soft white wheat flour and all purpose flour and this is all purpose flour.
This is my cat, (when he’s not awake always going nuts!)
Anyways, now we will make the dough…
You have to mash them up…
This picture is a little blurry
Apple Sauce!
Peanut Butter!
Vanilla going in!
This is the flour that I put in!
This is cinnamon.
I had to use my hands because I tripled the batch and it started over flowing! So I moved it into a bigger bowl and started mixing with my hands!!!
Here are some more pictures of my cat ( Kiwi is his name ) only my dog is with him ( her name is coco )
Now let’s put them on the pan and put them in the oven!
I used cereal boxes because we don’t have baking racks. You just break them up and spread them out!
Now let’s put them on the pan!!! This is before…
After…
After I put the next batch in I went upstairs to take a break! My little brothers and sisters were playing with train tracks!
This is the track that they built! They were pretty proud of it…
I finished the breakfast cookies. The next cookie I made were red velvet cookies and they were pretty good…
Let’s start the batter! Here are the ingredients…
The little baby in the egg died! (Nah… It’s just red food coloring)
Now I will mix it all together…
While I was making these my siblings went outside.
Did I mention that it was valentines day? That is why we made them heart shaped!
You have to bake them and then you cut them into hearts!
This is what they looked like when they were done…
We had some extra dough so I made a giant heart for my Dad. I also made that card…
Then I made a card for my brother Preston and I gave him a piece of my valentines candy. He loved it!
My brother went outside and found this… Creepy right?
On Sabbath we wanted to have a Greek meal! So we had meatballs and Greek salad YUMMY! It was pretty good! We put the salad and meatballs on the Pita Breads! We were going to put them inside… But they were to skinny to cut!
This is the Salad before we put some of the ingredients in…
This is the Salad after we put the rest of the ingredients in!
This is my sister looking at the Salad with a big appetite! Her name is Leilani! In case your wondering… It’s Hawaiian!
These are the meatballs!
This is the whole meal put together! That is my sister Hailey in the background
That is my brother Preston (He’s the youngest of the family). He’s excited to eat!
This it before it get devoured!
This is random! It’s Tea and Fruit!
My friend had to do a project for his science fair and he chose a yeast project. He made 4 loaves of white bread with different yeast and 4 loaves of wheat bread with different yeast. Since we are a family of 12 he came to our house and let us try the breads to see which one was the best! So this is all the bread they made!
This is the wheat bread!
This is the white bread!
So my friends mom, Wendy, started to cut into the bread and there was a hole in it!
Then she sliced all the bread…
Then we put them on plates and marked them.
This is the Quick rise bread.
This is the Traditional bread.
This is the Fresh yeast bread.
I didn’t get a picture of the last one… But it was bread machine! Here is a picture of all four breads together. We also had Black bean and pumpkin soup with it! Yummy yummy yummy!
Now we butter it and eat it.
That is my brothers friend, Tyler,
That’s my brother, Austin
That’s me!
That’s Savannah!
I like my bread without butter…
Next we have Beignets! Which I think are the best Beignets I have ever had!!!
First we make the dough…
This is the dough when it is finished…
Then you chill it for four hours or overnight…
Now you cut them into triangles and deep fry them…
Then after you deep fry them you put them on a plate and let them sit there for a moment…
Then you dip them in powdered sugar…
It’s a trumpet!!!
Then they’re ready to eat…
That’s my doggie!!! She get’s excited sometimes…
